Dominick Cirigliano
PRESIDENT

Responsible for overseeing strategic research at OptiBrand Rx, Dominick ensures all regulatory submissions are executed and all objectives are met. As an experienced leader in product commercialization, Dominick is a recognized expert in safety, risk, and management naming strategies. Over 20 years of experience.

RYAN FITZGERALD
VP, BRAND ENGAGEMENT

Ryan is responsible for overall project success and account management. Ryan has over 15 years of experience in healthcare brand strategy, marketing, advertising, research and branding.

His previous experience includes several successful global brand launches in a variety of disease states including multi-indication brands. He has worked at some of the most decorated health care creative and branding agencies in the world. 

SUMIT AGRAWAL
Sr. VP, BRAND ENGAGEMENT (Global)

Sumit is responsible for all creative activities (internal and external), as well as maintaining long-term relationships with healthcare client teams.  With a strong background in brand strategy, he brings a fresh perspective to each and every Rx project.

Sumit has held various marketing driven roles within pharma/non-pharma with companies such as AstraZeneca, The Dow Chemical Company, and Apple.  Sumit has an eye for detail and can pull from his diverse experience to drive his client’s brands to strategic excellence.

ALISON B. CADY
STRATEGIST, SPECIAL PROJECTS

Alison operates our sister company, Oxygen Brand Group.  She liaises with the OptiBrand team as a strategist on select projects. With over 15 years of healthcare and consumer marketing experience, she has spearheaded projects that range in scope from the development and implementation of positioning platforms for emerging brands to the assessment and re-positioning of established brands. Her areas of expertise include Research and Insights, Brand Strategy and Positioning, Brand Identity, Brand Purpose and Brand Analysis.

Alison loves a strategic challenge and her motto is “It may not be easy, but it will be worth it.”

Maya Best
DIRECTOR, Market Research (CANADA)

Maya leverages OBRx’s proprietary naming research tools to ensure that recommendations are based on the most recent guidelines for each region. As a leader in strategic research, she coordinates all naming materials and guides the team through analysis. By merging the data with project specific insights, Maya executes recommendations that yield the greatest result for brand name approval.

Jessica VandenPlas Ph.D.
Director of Research Design and Moderation (GLOBAL)

Responsible for directing market research and methodology design. Jessica analyzes derived market data and provides specialized strategic recommendations and results that ensure project objectives are met. Specialized in advanced statistical analytics, including eye-tracking and micro-expressions.
